The Cyclopean Wall
The cyclopean wall in Rajgir is a resemblance to the Great wall of China. It is a massive wall that encircles the city of Rajgir. The wall is 40 kilometers long and was built to protect the city from the invaders. The massive wall saw its construction during the Mauryan rule throughout two thousand and five hundred years ago. The Cyclopean Wall can be traced over the hills of Rajgir with several gates and fortifications. The wall is built with large raw stones blocks. The great wall is now under the archeological survey of India. Presently, not much of the old wall but only the ruins are left.
