Terms of Booking a Holiday via Our Planner
Dear Customer,
Thank you for your kind interest to create a custom tour packages through our planner. Planner is for making customized tour packages easier and effort less. It’s our pleasure to plan your vacation memorable and budget friendly.
You are agreed to follow below listed terms of booking via Yatramantra Holidays Travel Planner

We do not check hotel availability automatically while you order the package. Hence the availability of hotels is subject to availability and do follow a manual procedure for hotel booking.

Total package price shown in website is not final. Package price may vary due to following reason:

Unavailability of hotels selected through planner.

Only Standard room category is available through planner, option of higher category rooms results in price variations

Depending upon the distance between sightseeing/dropping point total kilometre can be varied. Average kilometre is calculated while quoting package through planner.

All the packages booked through our planner do follow manual verification and processing. During this period customer can customise/cancel/modify their tour package. We normally do takes 7 days to process your request and within this period customer can always request refund if the service is bad. 100% refund is available during this period for any payment which has been paid to us

If any one of the hotels are not available during the travel date, we do the following steps to ensure hassle free holidays to our guests.

We do check alternative same category of hotels within the package amount and suggest you.

If the suggested hotel is comfortable with you, we proceed to book your package.

The suggested hotels are also subject to availability. The above listed procedure is repeated if the suggested hotel is also not available.

If none of the same category hotel is available, the customer can select either higher category rooms in selected hotel or change hotel for that destination entirely [Subject to change in package price and customer is willing to pay additional if any]

Customer should pay 50% of the total package amount to confirm the requested package

If the Customer or Team Yatramantra failed to perform the above terms or procedure during the processing time, within 7 working days the payment done for the package will be refunded to customer account and the deal is closed.

We are not responsible for any kind of direct or indirect loss of customer subject to our planner /service.
