New Kovalam Beach Resort Kovalam housed in an elegant building near Kovalam Beach, offering one stop leisure facilities like Ayurveda Rejuvenation Massage.

Situated just a stone throw way from the clean sandy beach, has the advantage of having several multi cuisine restaurants and beer parlours around, surrounded by handicraft showrooms and game centres, is an ideal tourist spot yet a very calm and quiet environment within the hotel.

This two storied Resort has 22 rooms and a conference hall to accommodate 30 pax. All rooms are beautifully furnished with ensuite bathrooms, hot & cold water, lockable cupboards, mosquito sealed windows, a high speed fan, etc. All rooms are having independent/shared balcony or sit-out with cane easy chairs for relaxing.

The Spacious garden in front of the building has tables, chairs, swing, beach umbrellas, etc. for relaxation. The garden is fully covered by the coconut trees and other trees & it is always kept cool. The breakfast is served in the garden.

The Thatched roof on the top gives double protection against heat and keeps the building/rooms always cool. This terrace can be used for practising yoga, etc. There is also another open terrace space for Sunbath with sitting arrangement, benches, tables, etc. A Library is also provided. The other facilities includes doctor on call, laundry service etc. “ISD/STD facilities, E-mail cyber cafe, Ayurvedic/health/massage centre etc.. are also available on the nearby premises
