Suruli Waterfalls
Suruli Waterfalls glorifies the Theni district of Tamilnadu. The words of praise of this fall can be found in Silappatikaram, written by Ilango Adigal. The fall is formed by the river Suruli on its journey from Meghamalai mountain range to the Theni district. The river flows flawlessly from the mountain and then falls from the height of 46meters to form a pool of water underneath. The pool provides an adorable sight to the tourists to spend some time in. The water from the pool ten continues to flow for some meters to form yet another fall of height nearly 12 meters. The visitors often come here to enjoy the scenic view and also have a bath and spend some fun time here.
