Coaker’s Walk

The must-visit place in Kodaikanal to feel yourself above the clouds and measure the height of the mighty mountains is the Coakers Walk. It is nothing but a man-made one-kilometer-long walk to make you feel upon heaven. The scenic walk was an idea from the mind of Lieutenant Coaker, who built this walking plaza in 1872 and thus named after him. The walking trail is built upon the mountains that curve by the edge of the gorgeous mountain. The 15mins walk is a lifetime experience to be remembered.
