Located in the capital city of Kerala, Napier Museum is an art and history museum. With its unique architectural style, this museum stands out as a landmark of Thiruvananthapuram city. It got its name after the former Madras Governor, Lord Napier. With its architectural designs and elegance, it is always a spot for history buffs. The main highlight of this museum is it has got a natural air conditioning system. With the rare collection of historic and archaeological artifacts like ancient ornaments, bronze idols, ivory carvings, and temple chariot it attracts people. It also contains the Sree Chitra Art Gallery with the works done on Mughal and Tagore arts by Raja Ravi Varma and Nicholas Roerich.
