Kumbakkarai Waterfalls
The Kumbakkarai Waterfalls is located close to Madurai- Kodaikanal road on the hills of Kumbakkarai. The water cascades down majestically from the height of 87 feet and makes a small pond underneath. The breath taking view of the water gliding down from the hills crossing the rocks and making huge roar is worth appreciating.
The trekkers ranging to the Kodai hills can often be spotted here enjoying their journey. You can also visit a temple nearby dedicated to Goddess Thadagai Nachiamman, which is believed to be as old as 500 years.
