Anjuruli is a tourist spot located 3km from Kanchiyar village, on the Kottayam- Kattapana route in Idukki District. It is about 5 km from Labbakkada settlement of the Periyar Lake, and is a catchment area of Idukki Arch Dam, providing a bewitching and awesome view of nature.
Anjuruli Tourist Place can be approached by bus from Kattapana to Kanchiyar. From Kanchiyar, a trek through the forest road leads to Anjuruli. Kanchiyar is on theKattappana-Kottayam route, around 9 km from Kattappana. Taxis are available from Kanchiyar to Anchuruli.

is it possible to enter in the anjuruli tunnel during june-july??if possible any special permission needed for the entry

There is no permission needed to enter tunnel.Always remember that during the monsoon season rocks are slippery. there is no safety concerns there. So take care yourself.
