Hill View Park Idukki

Hill View Park in Idukki is a natural garden located in the heart of Idukki Arch Dam. It is a popular tourist attraction in Idukki District. This place offers panoramic views of the dams Cheruthoni and Idukki. The park is at an altitude of 350 ft above the water level of the dam and has a small body of water where pedal boating is possible. Cleverly constructed on a hillock, KTDC-managed accommodation is available and the tariff is very economical, too. Do not forget to carry your binoculars and enjoy viewing animals in their natural habitat that includes lions, deers, and bison. The park area extends over an area of 8 acres of land, this esthetically built park has a natural water body at the top of the hill and there is a pedal boating facility. Added attractions are the herbal garden and children’s play area. A visit to this park makes a memorable visit to Idukki.
