Hanuman Temple
Deolo hills of Kalimpong is adorned with a beautiful religious site of the city, The hanuman Temple. The temple is famed for its huge 30-ft tall statue of Lord Hanuman. This mighty figurine of Lord Hanuman can be seen from far distance blessing the city from the top of the hill.
The temple demands certain flights of stairs to reach and witness the largest statue in the whole of North East India. The view from here is even more stunning. One can spend time here admiring the beauty of nature and seeking blessings from the lord at the same time. The Mount Kanchenjunga, Sikkim, Lava and Kaffer hills can be spotted from here.
