Chinese Temple
At a very short distance from Mahabodhi Temple at Bodhgaya, is one of the oldest monasteries to be built that is Chinese Temple or Monastery. The holy temp in the year 1945 CE and was later renovated in the year 1997 CE. The temple attracts lots of tourists because of its traditional Chinese style of architecture. The monastery houses three, elegantly carved, Buddha statues in three contrasting patterns, which is rare to find anywhere else.
