Annavaram
Annavaram is a small hamlet on the banks of Holy River Pampa located in the East Godavari district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. Famous for its shrine of Lord Veera Venkata Satyanarayana Swamy, a form of the Hindu deity- Lord Vishnu, it attracts a large number of pilgrims from the Hindu Sanatana dharma every year. Unlike the other temples in the state, this temple in the Ratnagiri hills is situated far away from its local base.
This sacred temple is visited by lakhs of devotees every month for the so called VRATA which is believed to witness good health and fulfill MONASKAMANA. A weekend trip would be worth for a devotee of Lord Sri Veera Venkata Satyanarayana Swamy to worship here and get a feel of divine.
