Big Lake aka Yercaud Lake or Emerald Lake is the only natural lake situated in the town of Yercaud in Tamilnadu state. The beautiful lake is often flocked by the tourists looking for pleasant and blissful environment. On the surrounding are the lofty hills and natural shoals, and accompanying the lake is a beautiful garden. The lake offers boating facility which again attracts lots of tourists. Nearby places- Along with the lake, one can also visit the Deer Park and Leisure Park located just near the lake.
