Patna Planetarium

Indira Gandhi Planetarium aka Patna planetarium holds he prestige of being one of the oldest and largest planetariums of Asia. The planetarium is also commonly fames as Taramandal, meaning a circle of stars. The place is a paradise for science and astronomy lovers. It is usually flocked by the students and the educational institutes. The planetarium holds numerous film shows on subjects related to astronomy, and also the exhibitions. The main hall can hold upto 276 people at a time. The planetarium makes a good place for the people to have some closeness with science and nature at the same time.
