Orvakal Rock Garden

Orvakal Rock Garden or Orvakallu is situated on NH-18 highway outside of Orvakal Town, at a distance of approximately 20 kilometers from Kurnool, in the province of Andhra Pradesh, in Southern India. This Rock Garden is a 1000 acre park positioned between water pools and igneous rock formations. This site is accessible easily through all the means of transportation.

Oravakal Rocks in Kurnool are rock formations made up of Silica and Quartz, probably formed by either due to the volcanic eruptions or by the water body and wind present in the region. Conformed to the typical lake in the middle of this place, the stones formations enhance the location’s magnificence and grandeur. It’s one of the must-see sites in the Kurnool region.
