Kuthirapanjan Falls / Panagudi Fall

Travel for 57 km from Tirunelveli to reach the Panagudi town in Tirunelveli district of Tamilnadu where the famous Kuthirapanjan Falls is located. Deriving its name from the name of the village it is situated, the fall is also known by the name Panagudi Falls. Kuthirapanjan Waterfalls makes its source from the Hanuman River, which is, in turn, a tributary of the Thamirabarani River. The water of the fall falls from about 150 feet in height and forms a scenic view that keeps the visitors captivated. On the backdrop are the Western Ghats and the Mahendragiri hills.
