Aqua World Fish Exhibition Kanyakumari is one of the few well-maintained aquariums that carries exhibition purposes at Tamil Nadu.

This aquarium showcases several species of freshwater and seawater animals. The FreshWater species like Green Terror, Flower horn, Guppies, Goldfish and Angels can be seen here.

One can find the Green Crab, known as Mud Crab that is highly delicious. It is usually exported from India to Japan, USA, France, Hong Kong, and Malaysia.

Needle Fish, a fish that eats fish, has a long elongated narrow jaw with sharp teeth. It is relatively small up to 30 to 40 cm in length when fully grown can also be seen here. It is a delicate fish and it’s highly greedy in behaviour.

Imported fishes like Giant Gourami, Red Belly Piranha, Rain Bow Shark, Panasius Sutchi, Tortoise and Texas Fish are also main attractions here.

Sea Angels, Lobsters, Sea Horses, Tiger Prawns, and Sea Horses are different variety of seawater species that can be seen here.
