Lady’s Seat
Lady’s seat is goat to mesmerize you with its enchanting view of Mettur Dam and Salem town. There is a viewing tower opened for the public, with a telescope to have a closer and broader view of the beautiful surrounding. You can view the panoramic view from here at any time of the day. To avoid discrimination, apart from Lady’s Seat, is the Gent’s Seat and Children’s Seat too, located to the south-west of Shevaroy Hill, on the Yercaud Hills. Mettur Dam on the Cauvery River are the prime places to be located from the telescope. The place is perfect for the nature lovers and the photographs to have some excellent shots.
