Ben Tre

Bến Tre sees itself as a coastal province in the Mekong Delta of southern Vietnam. Famous places to be visited in the Bến Tre town is the colonial Bến Tre Museum, which holds artefacts and photos explaining Vietnam’s revolutionary history. One must also visit Viện Minh Pagoda, famed for its Buddhist statues. Apart, there is a Vàm Hồ Bird Sanctuary, which has waterways and native flora and fauna, to be enjoyed.
