Nestled in the heart of India, the Kanha-Kisli National Park summons nature lovers and wildlife enthusiasts with its overwhelming landscapes and thriving biodiversity. This protected haven, located in the state of Madhya Pradesh, offers a serene escape into the wilderness, where lush greenery, majestic creatures, and unforgettable experiences await.

The national park is popular as the Tiger reserve and considered as one of the finest wildlife areas in the world. 1879 it was declared as reserved forest, in 1933 declared as a wildlife sanctuary and further upgraded as national park in 1955.

Stretching across a vast 940 square kilometers amidst the scenic Maikal hills, the Kanha National Park is a true natural wonder. When we bring together both the buffer and core zones, the Kanha Tiger Reserve expands even further, covering an impressive total area of 1945 square kilometers.

Surrounded by beautiful meadows and natural landscapes other than the dense forest is the beautiful part of the national park attracting the nature lovers. Natural streams and flowing across the forest enhances the beauty as well as it’s cleanliness. Adding a touch of wonder to this already magical place is the fact that Rudyard Kipling, the renowned author, drew inspiration from this very forest to create his masterpiece, ‘The Jungle Book’.
