Bhabani Pathak’s Tilla

Bhabani Pathak’s Tilla is one of the most revered places and a prime attraction of Durgapur. This tunnel maze has gained much more attention and tourist flow after its mentioning in Bankim Chandra Chattopadhyay’s novels ‘Devi Chaudhurani’ and ‘Durgesh Nandini’.

The place is now a protected monument. The tunnel opens from the city center region to the Damodar River.
