Kaziranga

One of the very important places dotted in the maps of the country as well as the world is the Kaziranga. The place resides in the northeast Indian state of Assam. Nourished by the river Brahmaputra, the place is a natural habitat for thousands of animals including the endangered Indian one-horned rhinoceroses. The place is famous for its flora and fauna, thus all the tourist’s attractions here are about wildlife. The places to visit at Kaziranga includes- Kaziranga National Park, Orchid and biodiversity park, Orang National Park, tea gardens, Kakochang waterfall, Hollongapar Gibbon wildlife sanctuary, and Manas National Park. It is a land of forests, wetlands, and grasslands, that gives a home to tigers, elephants, Indian one-horned rhinoceroses, wild water buffaloes, Swamp Deer, Dolphins, many rare migratory birds, gray pelicans and many more. This place is truly where a man can witness the wildest and the richest form of nature and wildlife. Kaziranga is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
