Tomb of Ghaus Mohammed
Ghaus Mohammed was the prince of the 16 century who later turned into a Sufi or priest. This tomb was constructed in his memory and is a fine example of Mughal architecture. The place has turned into a pilgrimage, which is visited by the Muslims and Hindus as well. The place holds great respect among the people of every religion of that region. The place is dedicated to freedom fighter Ghaus Mohammad. It is situated about two kilometers away from Gwalior. It is the tomb of a famous prince who turned-Sufi. The magnificent Mughal architecture attracts the tourists to come here. The beautiful tombstone and the stunning architecture of the mausoleum gives this place a sense of serenity and peace.
