Shri Laxminath Temple

Shri Laxminath Temple is one of the oldest and most revered Hindu temples in the city of Bikaner. The temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and his consort, Goddess Laxmi. The holy temple is believed to be built by Maharaja Rao Lunakaran, between 1504 and 1526 CE.

Festivals- All important Hindu festivals like Diwali, Janmashtami, Ramnavam, Geeta Jayanti and Nirjala Ekadashi are celebrated here with great pomp and joy.

Maharaja Ganga Singh refurbished the temple with some exquisite artworks and sculptures. The holy temple is all made by marble and red stone. The temple is famed for its stunning silver artwork on the doorway.

The sacred temple also holds the shrines for Shri Suryanarayanji, Shri Neelkanth Mahadev, Shri Roopchaturbuji, Shri Badrinarayanji, Shri Magavidyaji, etc.
