Gaya Pind Daan

The city of Gaya, in Bihar, is a great place of pilgrimage for Hindu. The place is looked upon for the special ritual by the Hindu people- The Pind Daan, which is a ritual for honoring the demised souls of the ancestors. The sacred ritual of Gaya Pind Daan is performed near the Phalgu river and the Vishnupad Temple. The special priest performs these pujas.
