Antpur Ramakrishna Math
Antpur Ramakrishna Math is the birthplace of Swami Premananda (a monastic disciple of Sri Ramakrishna). This centre was started in 1965 and made a branch in 1986.
The Math believes in serving mankind through numerous activities and classes. The Math holds classes for boys and girls, holds a library and book bank for the needy students from class V to graduate level, there is a charitable allopathic-cum-homoeopathic dispensary, it also runs a mobile medical unit.
The organisation also holds regular medical camps and child care programs. Also to mention is its efforts in Self-employment scheme for the rural poor. The Organisation is the lifeline of the local people and serves people by its deeds.
Festivals and celebrations- The Math commences grand celebration during Durga Puja, and the birthdays of Sri Ramakrishna, Holy Mother Sri Sarada Devi, Swami Vivekananda and Swami Premananda.
