Khao Sok National park

Khao Sok National Park is another yet beautiful place for the nature lovers in Thailand. This nature reserve finds its place in southern Thailand. It makes its appearance between the cities of Phuket, Krabi, Khao Lak, and Koh Samui.

Covered with the dense green tangled jungle, mighty limestone karst formations and the man-made Cheow Lan Lake the park spreads a unique charm among the visitors. Apart from thousands of varieties of the living world, the park is unique as it holds many natural settings as well.

Also to admire here are the rarities as giant parasitic Rafflesia flower, hornbill birds, gibbons, and tigers.

The park offers many adventurous activities like elephant-back safari, hiking trail, and raft, canoe or kayak via the Sok river, etc. One can also experience the floating raft houses and luxury tents in the Cheow Lan Lake.
