Trincomalee
Trincomalee sees itself as a port city on the northeast coast of Sri Lanka. This coastal city is famed for its beaches and fishing. The beautiful city is adorned with the glory of nature. Sri Pathrakali Amman Kovil is another yet revered sacred Hindu place. The beautiful carvings on the temple make it popular among the tourists visiting this place. As this is a port city, one may come across numerous vendors and markets selling fresh fish. Also, one should not forget tasting the mouth relishing fish dishes here.
