Nusa Penida
Nusa Penida stands as an associate island within the southeast of Indonesia’s island and a section of Klungkung Regency. Nusa Penida sees itself as the largest of the three Nusa Islands, others being Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Ceningan. The island is hilly and thus houses unique spots and adventure activities. Pura Goa Giri Putri Cave makes an incredible gateway here. It is a 300m long cave with a sacred worshipping place inside. Apart from the beaches are the mesmerizing waterfalls on this island. Peguyangan Waterfall makes a must-visit place in Nusa Penida because of its trio of glorious views atop the cliff, a temple and the waterfall to be enjoyed. Another yet beautiful Seganing Falls is loved by trekkers because it demands some amount of trekking atop the cliff to enjoy its serenity. This fall is too adorned with the sacred sites and the personal pool to be enjoyed. If you want to head to a picturesque location, then ‘T-Rex’ is the stop. The aerial view of the crystal clear water body trying to invade the premises of the glittering sand is angelic. One gets a chance to click plenty of stunning pictures here.
