Ha
Ha aka Haa. or Has is a town in Haa Valley in the west of Bhutan. The town sees Sikkim (India) as its immediate neighbor. The place is important because of its contribution to the country’s economy by rice production, yak herding, and trade. An amazing place to talk about here is an Indian Army training school. The place makes an important tourist destination because of its pristine alpine forests and tranquil mountain peaks. Ha also gives trekking goals to the trekkers and hikers because of its ideal location and primeval forest. Mountain biking has been a most loved activity here among the visitors to explore all of its places. Another yet important place to be visited here is the Haa Valley, popularly called “Hidden-Land Rice Valley”, that grows rice, wheat and barley, and potatoes, apples and chilies for the country. The place also holds Torsa Strict Nature Reserve to be visited.
